Patty Perks Free Shakes or Fries for a year Contest Rules:
RULES & REGULATIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST (“CONTEST”) Entry into the Contest constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.
SPONSOR: Burger 21 International, Inc
ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to all Burger 21 customers and distributors OR any legal resident of the United States, 18 years or older, who download or use the Burger 21 Patty Perks app. Corporate employees are not eligible. Additional restrictions may apply.
CHALLENGE ENTRY DATES: Entries will be accepted beginning on March 4th, 2019 at 10:45 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on March 31st, 2019 (“Entry Period”)
CHALLENGE ENTRY: To participate, customers must download or place a food order using their Burger 21 Patty Perks app. To qualify, participants must 1) Download the Burger 21 Patty Perks or 2) use the app to order items from Burger 21. Sponsor (“Burger21”) reserves the right to disqualify any Entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.
JUDGING: Each person who orders using the Burger 21 Patty Perks app, during the Entry Period will be entered to win. Every order counts as one (1) entry. (10) random winners will be chosen by Burger 21 corporate staff and will be declared Contest winners (“Winners”) at the conclusion of the Entry Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The odds of winning depend on the contest entry. The random winners will be notified by a private message within the Patty Perks app as well as by the email address used to download the Patty Perks App, and posted to our website, burger21.com. Winners will be notified by “Burger 21”, within 2 days of the contest end date. Sponsor (“Burger 21”) is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify potential winner. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): (10) winners will each receive a free fries or free shakes for 1 year (1 free shake or fry each month for 12 calendar months) that can be used at any Burger 21 location. (each prize has an ARV of $72 value per winner) (Complete prize giveaway ARV os $720)
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: The random winners will be notified by a private message within the Patty Perks app as well as by the email address used to download the Patty Perks App. Winners will be notified by “Burger 21”, within 2 days of the contest end date.
USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All entries become the property of Burger 21 International, Inc, reserving the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
