RULES & REGULATIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST (“CONTEST”) Entry into this Contest constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.
SPONSOR: Burger 21 International, Inc
ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to all Burger 21 customers and distributors OR any legal resident of the United States, 18 years or older. Corporate employees are not eligible. Additional restrictions may apply.
CHALLENGE ENTRY DATES: Entries will be accepted between 6/1/2018 12:00am EST, and 6/12/2018, 12:00am EST time.
CHALLENGE ENTRY: To participate, complete the 5 scavenger hunt challenge questions. To qualify, participants must 1) follow the contest link, posted on the burger 21 corporate Facebook page on 6/1/18, and complete the 5 scavenger hunt question 2) provide a valid email address. Sponsor (“Burger21”) reserves the right to disqualify any Entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.
JUDGING: Each person who leaves a completed questionnaire, where all 5 questions are correct, will be automatically entered to win. Every correct questionnaire counts as one (1) eligible entry. (5) random winners will be chosen by Burger 21 corporate staff, from those entries deemed eligible, and will be declared the Contest winners (“Winners”).
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The odds of winning depend on the contest entry. The potential winner will be notified by email, to the email address provided upon entry, within 2 days of the contest end date (July 12, 2018, 12:00am EST) . Sponsor (“Burger 21”) is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify potential winner. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): (5) winners will each receive a $21 Burger 21 Gift Card that can be used at any Burger 21 location. ($105 total prize value(s))
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: Winner will be announced to the public in the comments section of the original contest posting on Facebook.
USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All entries become the property of Burger 21 International, Inc, reserving the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
NOT ENDORSED BY FACEBOOK: By participating in this contest, you acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and release Facebook from any and all liability arising from or related to this contest. The information you are providing for this contest is being provided to Burger 21 International, Inc l and not to Facebook, and will be used to notify you if you have won.
