These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Scratch Concepts Inc., dba/Burger 21(“Burger 21”). How to Enter 1. No purchase is necessary to enter or participate in the 2025 Burger 21 Bust our Burger Bracket (“Contest”). You can enter this contest at approximately 12:00A.M est. Monday, March 31, 2025 through approximately 10:00A.M. Est on Saturday, April 5, 2025. To enter, go to the Burger 21 official Instagram page, https://www.instagram.com/myburger21 comment on the Burger 21 official Instagram account Burger Bracket post with your choices for the Burger Champion, choosing your team/menu items •Entrant represents and warrants that he/she is over 18 years of age. •Entrant agrees and acknowledges that Burger 21, contest sponsors and their respective affiliates, parents, employees, agents and all other related sponsors, may use for advertising and/or promotional purposes, entrant’s name, other entry materials and/or biographical information on radio, TV broadcasts, newspaper advertisements, on websites and/or any other medium in connection with participation in this contest or otherwise, without the payment of any additional compensation. •Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the contest rules are available to him/her at burger21.com, has had an opportunity to review them before entering this contest and agrees to be legally bound by those contest rules. 2.One entry per Instagram handle. Comments with champion choices must be submitted no later than10:00A.M. Est on Saturday, April 5, 2025. Any player attempting to make team selections close to the deadline risks the chance of not getting his/her bracket selections in on time.. After 10:00 A.M. Est on Saturday, April 5, 2025, players may not submit any additional bracket votes or submissions. Burger 21 is not responsible for late entries, server congestion, faulty Internet connections, etc. which may cause your bracket selections to not be made. Entries will be accepted through Instagram DMs. 3. Winners will be selected at random from comments with participant choosing correct champion.
